Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Franklin Victor ("we", "us") collects through franklinv.com, why we collect it, and your rights. Franklin Victor is based in Trichy, India and is the data controller for all personal data described here.

What we collect

• Orders — name, email address, and payment details when you purchase sheet music. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Contact / commission enquiries — name, email address, and any message you submit via the contact form.
• Download links — a record of the order ID used to generate your secure download link.

How we use it

• To fulfil your order and deliver your purchased files.
• To respond to your enquiry or commission request.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, download link).

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

Legal basis (EU / UK)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of contract performance (fulfilling your order) and legitimate interests (responding to enquiries).

Third parties

• Razorpay — payment processing. See razorpay.com/privacy.
• Amazon Web Services — hosting, email delivery (SES), and file storage (S3). Data may be stored in AWS regions outside your country.

Data retention

Order records are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are deleted when no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing. This includes rights under GDPR (EU), UK GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. No analytics service is currently active.
