By purchasing or downloading sheet music from franklinv.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Franklin Victor, based in Trichy, India.

Digital downloads

All purchases are for digital PDF files delivered electronically. Because the file is made available immediately upon payment, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us and we will resolve it.

License

When you purchase a score you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Print and use the score for private study and rehearsal.
• Perform the work publicly, including in concerts and recordings.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the PDF with others.
• Upload the file to any public or private file-sharing platform.
• Claim authorship or remove copyright notices from the score.

Each copy is licensed to one performer. All works have a minimum copy requirement set by the composer — this will be shown on the work's page before purchase. Ensembles must purchase one copy per performer.

Intellectual property

All compositions, scores, audio, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Franklin Victor and are protected by copyright. No rights are granted beyond those explicitly stated in the license above.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

The scores are provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the files or this website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
